Laval - Jour overture

  • Cremazie wall
On April 28 2007, STM opened the long-awaited extension of the Orange Line from Henri Bourassa to Montmorency with three new stations, all in Laval. As much of a transportation geek as I am, I had never been on the opening day of a new train line. These are my photos from a trip that day, while carrying the 6 month old Giraffe in his backpack.

1) no cable so no usable TV signal hence no Law and Order fix
One suggestion: BitTorrent
3) no home internet
Ahh, that would kind of nullify the suggestion, but since your in town surely someone's running an unsecure wirelss network.

1) Found the aerial setting to get some broadcast signals (NBC, ABC and PBS looked good - CBS OK) and so Tuesday night we finally saw SVU along with Scrubs and The Office - finally a takeoff on a British show that is not such a poor imitation of the original.
3)There is no unsecure wireless network which we can connect to - not that I've found so far anyway. I keep trying, no luck yet.
